Customers

• Customers entering the pool with their dog/s do so at their own risk.

• You are responsible for clearing up after your dog.

• Persons under 16yrs are welcome to spectate, but they must be supervised by an additional adult and will not be allowed in the pool or on the platform.

• Your 30 minute session includes time taken entering and exiting the pool.

  Dogs

• All dogs must be fully vaccinated or titre tested.

• All dogs must be kept on leads and under control to and from the pool area.

• All dogs in a multiple dog session must be socialised prior to the session.

• Any dog showing signs of aggression will be asked to leave.

• Dogs with injuries, health problems or recovering from surgery must have written permission to swim from your own vet.

  Exempt Dogs

• We must be notified of a dog's exempt status via email as soon as possible after booking to avoid cancellation without refund.

  Cancellations

• Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the session with a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48hrs of the session time will only be refunded if we are able to fill the session.

  Payment

• Payment must be made at time of booking.

  Media

• You agree to us using photos and videos of you and your dog/s for promotional purposes unless you specifically advise otherwise before your session. All images are property of Swimdogs and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used, or published for personal or commercial purposes without Swimdogs clear permission to do so. Swimdogs reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, social media, or any other related marketing material.

• You acknowledge the release of photos and videos posted to social media by other customers visiting the dog pool is out of our control.

• Audible, visual or written content (e.g. images, videos, blogs, links etc.) featuring Swimdogs is prohibited for business or personal promotional purposes unless agreed upon prior to booking.
